Founder, Philip Limeri, CPA/CFA

Veritas Advisory was started by Philip Limeri CPA/CFA, who has held several senior management positions, including:

• CFO for private equity and venture capital funds
• Founder of a private equity advisory firm
• Director of risk management-private equity
• Senior manager of a bankruptcy consulting practice

Phil has experience working with companies in all stages of development from start-up, to high-growth and those who are fully established.  He has broad experience in managing internal operations, financial accounting and reporting, budgeting, administrative functions, as well as M&A accounting due diligence.

Phil has worked with companies on financial accounting related projects including:

• investor reporting,
• working capital management,
• risk management, accounting system integration,
• accounting process/controls

In addition, he has extensive experience working with private equity and venture capital investors, investment bankers, and commercial bankers. Philip is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
